1. Standard Delivery "Kerbside Delivery"

• Products concerned: Wine cellars and wine cabinets
• Delivery location: At the foot of the truck, on the pavement or in front of the residence
• Delivery slot: Daytime
• Delivery time: 4 to 10 working days (depending on the region)
• Cost: Free of charge

Your appliance is delivered at the foot of the truck, on the pavement or in front of your home. This service does not include carrying the product inside the property or upstairs. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

2. "Living Room & Upstairs" Delivery

• Carrier: CCHEZVOUS
• Products concerned: All products except accessories
• Number of delivery staff: 2
• Delivery location: In the room of your choice, including upstairs
• Delivery slot: Selected after contact with the carrier
• Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
• Unpacking: Not included
• Cost: Free for products over 30 kg / €29.90 incl. VAT for products under 30 kg

This service guarantees delivery to the room of your choice, even upstairs. Two delivery professionals will handle your appliance with care. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will be contacted to select your delivery slot, which can also be modified if necessary.

3. Delivery with Installation & Start-up

• Carrier: CCHEZVOUS
• Products concerned: All products except accessories
• Number of delivery staff: 2
• Delivery location: In the room of your choice, including upstairs
• Delivery slot: By appointment, with a 2-hour indicative time slot communicated the day before
• Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
• Cost: €39.90 incl. VAT

This service includes all the features of the "Living Room & Upstairs" delivery option, plus:

• Unpacking of the appliance.
• Installation and start-up.
• Verification of power-up and proper operation.
• Removal and recycling of packaging materials.

4. Accessories Delivery

• Carrier: FEDEX
• Products concerned: Accessories
• Delivery time: 48 to 72 hours (working days)
• Cost: €9.90 incl. VAT

Accessories are shipped via FEDEX with an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch.

Extended Delivery Times

In certain geographical areas or during periods of high activity, the CCHEZVOUS service may not be available. In this case, the carrier will contact you directly after shipment to arrange a delivery appointment.

Collection of Your Old Appliance

When placing your order, you may request the free collection of your old appliance by selecting the appropriate option or mentioning it in the order comments. Collection will take place upon delivery of your new appliance. This request must be made when placing the order and cannot be arranged afterwards.
